Biography

Linda Swanson recently graduated from Alfred University with her MFA in Ceramics. The “views” series represents her quest into the ceramic process where process becomes language, where glaze becomes depth, where materials become art. In this series she has masterfully used a traditional material to create stunningly contemporary “paintings”.

After graduating she has remained in the town of Alfred to focus in her studio.  She shows nationally.
